This property is in a gated community on a golf course and is on the main floor/fully handicapped accessible. There is a beautiful pool area and clubhouse.
It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is a split bedroom design. There is a tv in two bedrooms and a tv and dvd in the living room. The patio has a gas grill. There is a washer and dryer. There is a hot tub a few steps away by the clubhouse swimming pool. This condo also has a single car garage with an opener.
Your kitchen has everything you could need. Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival date you will forfeit your rental deposit unless the same dates can be rebooked. If it can be rebooked you will be charged a $75.00 rebooking fee. A cancellation more than 60 days prior of your arrival date will receive a full refund of the rental deposit.

To get you started on your vacation one roll of paper towels and four rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom are provided. Dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry soap and garbage bags are provided.
