Low season: $189.00 per night- $1,100.00 per week

High Season-$325 per night----$1,900 per week
Low Season-$275 per night---- $1,600 per week

High Season: $495.00 per night/ $2,900 per week
Low Season $350.00 per night--- $2,100 per week
All three lodges can be rented together for $1,300.00 per night in high season and $1,000.00 per night in low season. All holiday periods are $1,400.00 per night.
To rent Summerwind and Arrowwood together it is $950 per night. To rent Lariat with one of the bigger lodges it is $800.00 per night. Please call for weekly rates.

SUMMERWIND RENTAL PROPERTY SPECIALS:
midweek stays-- nightly rate reduced by $10% cannot involve any Holiday, Friday or Saturday nights.
HOLIDAY RATES ARE $25-50 MORE PER NIGHT AND APPLY DURING THE FOLLOWING TIMES:
New Years Day, Civil Rights Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, July 24, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas including December 22-31
No smoking, No Pets, No Campers, No RV's, No Tents. Rates do not include Idaho 8% sales & lodging tax.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival date you will forfeit your rental deposit unless the same dates can be rebooked. If it can be rebooked you will be charged a 75.00 rebooking fee. A cancellation more than 60 days prior will receive a full refund of the rental deposit.
We do not accept personal checks. Payment should be made with a credit card or cashiers check.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m.
No additonal cleaning fee, it is included in your nightly rate
