This property can sleep up to 26 guests. The sleeping arrangements in the lodge are as follows. Main Floor sleeps 8: 2 bedrooms each with two queen size beds in each bedroom. Upstairs sleeps 10: 2 bedrooms each have one queen bed, loft with two queen beds and a futon.Downstairs sleeps 10: Two bedrooms, one with two queen beds, one with one queen bed, family room with two queen size hide-a-beds. Linens are not provided for the hide-a beds or futon. Please bring sleeping bags.

Ammenities and features at the Summerwind Lodge:
3400 sq ft, 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and large loft, washer and dryer, 11 queen size beds, 4 Tv's, cable tv with 120 channels, DVD player, VCR, stereo system, hot tub, gas grill, game room with pool table.
The master suite has cable tv, private bathroom with jetted tub, private second story deck, and walk in closet.
Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge & stove, small appliances, fully equipped with all kitchen linens and dishes.
Luxurious furnishings, leather or suede couches, log headboards, all bed linens are provided, 2 gas fireplaces, one in great room and one in family room. A portable crib and high chair are provided. Towels, washclothes, custom handmade soap in the bathrooms.
Wrap around deck and patio off of the walkout daylight basement. There is a fire pit and a tent area for the children.
The Summerwind lodge sits on a two 1/3 acre lot in an upscale secluded subdivision. It has beautiful views of Mount Jefferson and Sawtelle. The lot has many lodgepole pines and alpine fir. From the loft you can see Mount Moran in the Teton Range.
The lodge is perfect for family reunions or corporate retreats. The Arrowwood lodge and Summerwind Lodge can be rented together to sleep up to 56 people.
For lodge rental rates, internet discounts and available dates, please go to the reservations page. Twenty eight bath towels are provided. Please bring more if you feel you will need them. To get you started on your vacation one roll of paper towels and four rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom are provided. Dishwasher detergent, dish soap and garbage bags are provided. Laundry detergent is not provided. Reminder: BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED FOR THE HIDEABEDS AND THE FUTON. PLEASE BRING SLEEPING BAGS FOR THOSE SLEEPING ON THE HIDEABED OR FUTON.
