Tour Group and Final Thoughts

Our lead guide, David Willet was as good as it gets. I can still hear his voice with Aussie/Britsh accent telling us our room assignments. We could not have had a better guide for our adventure through Greece. His knowledge of Greek culture, history and the countryside were amazing to me. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time. I also need to Thank our bus driver, Spiros. My picture of him was really blurry so I didn't put it on here, but he was an excellent driver and had a great laugh.

Thank you to my great tour group. People had diverse backgrounds and interests. Members came from Alabama, Colorado, Oregon, District of Columbia, Virginia, Texas, California, Washington, New Mexico and Utah. Everybody was fun to be around and I had nice dinner conversations with many of them. A special thanks to my roommate from California, Becky. She was so easy to get along with and fun to talk to.
Thank you to my tour buddy, Frank, for watching out for me. He and his wife, Cindy always made sure I was on the bus.
Putting together this website was a labor of love for me and I hope you have had a few laughs reading through my pages. I am going on the Spain and Portugal tour this September. I will report back to home base next year. Happy Travels to all. Thank you Rick Steves and all your employees for my Greek adventure!
